Horrible customer service. Refused unlocking perfectly good working bathrooms for customers. Does not respect coupons. Evening shift manager didn't seem to care at all. Avoid this location. You've been warned.Service: 1/5
They had no record of the order I was picking up. I showed them a copy of the receipt but since it wasn’t in their computer they would not honor the order. It was on Whopper Wednesday and it was for an impossible whopper $3.30. The manager suggested that the order was already picked up. I told her that it wasn’t but she would not believe me!!!! I asked her if she thought I was trying to steal a whopper, I told her that I am 75 years old and would not be trying to steal a $3.30 item. I asked for corporate phone number but she would not give it to me!
This burger kings prices are notably higher then the burger king on valley. They also have a bad attitude when asking for extra ranch, the lady at the drive through window rolled her eyes even though I was saying please. I guess it's because of all the commericals they film here.
The store is supposed to close at 9pm but they close the doors at 8pm instead. Tonight was the second time this happened. They only want to keep the drive through open instead. Poor management. They deserve 0 stars
I order chicken nuggets for my daughter and this is what I get. The service is subpar if that. I would never return to this location.
I always clarify no pickles and they always ignore my request and always give me those nasty vinegar pickles; yuck. Today I payed extra for bacon on my burger and they didn't put bacon on my burger.... please pay attention, I like Burger King but not the fact they don't add or remove the condiments I ask for.
The food is very good and the staff is excellent, they are very friendly and give amazing service. I recommend it 100%
This has to be the most pleasent well organized burger king with a friendly staff who is willing and able to help an the drop of a hat that constantly clean all areas of the kitchen and keep the ice machine filled also they are always cleaning the tables so your visit is safe lastly they are very very kind to homeless people and elders with the most respect thank you burger king for your service
Worst! This Burger King has gone down hill. They offer the 2 for $5 and when ordering they don’t offer it there and charge something different. You try and use the app and then all of a sudden they are out of the item wanted. Ice cream machine always down no onion rings. Take the drive to the one off workman and citrus. Poor management.
Very clean restaurant! Fast service and great customer service!
