The employee was very friendly. We had got our food and paid and I had asked for paper hats for my kids. She got them right away for us. The food was delicious and made correctly. I will definitely be going back.
I went during lunch around 1:30pm, on Thursday, January 12th. I ordered a Double double and fries. Not even 10 minutes after finishing my food my stomach was hurt and a bathroom visit was necessary. It's been over 48 hours and I've been able to eat nothing else. I've had severe stomach pain and constant bathroom use. This was the last thing I had to eat, so realistically the only thing that makes sense is I received undercooked burgers. This is by far the worst experience I've had with food period. Let alone from my favorite place in the world, I can guarantee you that I don't go to this location again.

The In N Out on Amar and Hacienda is always good. The service is good, the food is fresh. It is always busy but thats normal for In N Out. Love this location.Food: 5/5
One of the best!!!! I have been to a ton of in n outs and I have to say this is on my top 5 in n out locations. I swear there not all the same!! I usually try to avoid in n outs that are drive through just because I hate sitting in the car waiting hot summer this year. But this location is worth the wait. Not sure why but Everytime I come here they get it right. I am very much the customer who ask for everything well done. So sorry if your behind me but i tend to hold up the line. Avoid the line by coming before 8pm. This location does not have to much parking but they get the job done somehow. They do have restrooms off to the side. Customer service here is always on point. Never got someone who was short or dry with me.
Great location! I try to avoid the walk in locations. The walkin locations tend to make more mistakes and for some reason the food is not as in point. I think it has to do with space. This location is so small I think the staff has nothing to do but just Hussle. This spot stays on point. Maybe sometimes they can be a little heavy handed. But ultimately the customer service is on point. Staff looks like they really enjoy working here and that's rare. On my stop here today I literally overheard an employee buying some food on there day of yelling that she loves everyone who works there. That is real. I timed my self today from the second I pulled in to the second I pulled out and it was 20min nice job that's exactly the amount of time I had. That was from the car line up that was almost hitting the main Street. U really like that they give kids free chocolate on rainy days. That's a small gesture. Bathroom require a code and the parking can be tight. There is a large seating area. Over all experience was super positive and today's meal was on point.
They used to be quick, you would think only 3 items in the menu but now in days they are so slow... waited 45 minutes for a double double combo... 45 minutes is like where you growing the potatoes or something.. also their customers service was very friendly now very dry..and to top it off my food cold
Best burger hands down. Never a disappointment. Always fresh never frozen… If you haven’t tried it go, you’ll never go anywhere else
Love In N Out. They stay true with their price and their delicious taste! Ever since I was a kid. It's always been the same. Nothin Changed!!! Stay loyal always!
I don’t know what’s up with this location. Terrible service and 2 times out of 5 they get my order wrong. They need a bigger location. The kitchen is way too tight and the entrance/traffic flow is awful. Some employees are considerate.
