So far since I moved to Florida this has been the first fast food place where the food is fresh everytime we order from here it's perfect thank you for taking care of your customers we will be back to this location as long as service stays the same awesome job ....
I asked for a bacon cheese burger NO Ketchup and they give me a pickle burger with no bacon nor cheese. Best part of all my meat was still raw. Yum.
It's gotten worse with the new management. They have given us the wrong order twice today already. And this is the kind of but her we got. The lettuce looks old and disgusting. We went back again and the manager gave us an attitude and claimed that the number 12 was not the rodeo burder as shown outside, but inside it was different. She didn't bother to check and it was by far the worse service we have ever gotten. I usually love Burger King for their fresh ingredients but this just made me sick.
this was the worst experience i have ever had. i sat in the drive thru for 20 min and they had not even taken my payment yet. i had believed that it was short staffed but 30 min later and getting my food i see 3 workers and a manager. my fries and onion rings were cold and so were my burgers but, i was not about to wait another 30 minutes to get my food again. the 4 cars that pulled up behind us all left. i have never seen an establishment run like this and WILL NOT be going back to any burger king in tampa
Restaurant has a horrible modern design that seems designed to make people leave as soon as possible. The air conditioning wasn't running. The people behind the counter barely paid attention to customers and actively went against my special requests for a burger. Overall, a sad State of affairs.
There was an assistant manager working the front counter when I walked in ordered my food and got my Hershey pies love them. The girl that helped me was hilarious and spoke her mind and she was awesome
The drive thru attendant Jolanda is the absolute best!! Every time I come by in the morning she is ALWAYS so pleasant and goes out if her way to be kind!! She deserves a raise!
Fries were cold. Whopper was warm at best, the store was dirty. Counter folks were not very friendly.
Yvonne was a gift! I went through the drive thru and she was super respectful and courteous and hands down one oc the nicest drive thru experiences ever. Very sweet. I was hungover and I could still feel the love. She didn't know that tho. And my burger was legit looking better than the commercial burger and that has NEVER happened! That was my first time at this BK location and I'm definitely going back for Yvonne. That's it! BK better be grateful for their employees. I heard on the radio yall gave a man a ONE movie ticket for never missing a shift after working for yall for 27 years and that is BS. Take care of Yvonne!
