Every time I order from here they never make it correctly. I ordered through the app yesterday and ordered a bowl with half chicken and half steak. They only put steak and no chicken. I also ordered it with pinto beans and they gave me black beans. They also barely put any rice in my bowl. This is the third time I've ordered from them and they get my order wrong every time. I hate spending my money on something just for it not to be correct.

So I ended up with about 4 small pieces of steak in my bowl. For the prices we pay these days for food this is ridiculous, I shouldn't have to order double meat just to get a regular portionFood: 3/5

We had the best cashier today! Surel hooked us up with extra  corn. When we were told there was no left.

I came at 2:30 pm in the afternoon went through made my bowl & asked for guac they said they ran out. At 2:30? Crazy, whatever stuff happens. Checked out. Paid. THENNN However, i look to the side where they do the online orders they had a whole thing of guac. So i asked if could get some they said no its only for online… like what so if i placed an order online I can then get guac? & well if i had known that, I wouldn’t have paid, & just placed the order online. & the worker wasn't nice about it either.. I left upset. I couldn’t use my reward for the guac that expires tomorrow. They really should have just made me a side of guac. Online orders are more important I guess so. Chipotle do better.

Somehow they’ve managed to incorrectly make my order even when I ordered in person. I asked for steak burritos, yet they were 70% rice 30% Veggies. And the carnitas bowl? Also veggies. Thanks, guys. You ruined my lunch break.

Chipotle has completely fallen off the map. All locations run out of fajitas and guacamole 10 hours before close. Being a vegetarian these two food items are crucial for me so it is a complete disappointment and makes the burrito less than sub par. I hope this is a shortage issue and not to milk the consumer for more profit to bolster their bottom line. This company has lost a lot of respect from me these past few months…

I usually ask the same bowl combo and find it delicious and filling, unfortunately last time I was at this location they did not have the fajita veggies and did not seem to care as they plainly stated “We don’t have it” which left me thinking that while I continue to get Chipotle it won’t be from this particular location across from USF.

Overall not a bad location to go to. It's right in the heart of college town so it gets a ton of traffic, but overall it was fast service and the food was good.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve been here 3 times now and everytime my portion is good, service is quick and food tastes great. Employees are always very nice too. Will definitely be back
