Caribou Coffee is a very nice place. It is quiet. The place is clean. The decorations had me feeling like I was home enjoying my coffee. The service was fast. The server was friendly with a smile. She acted like she actually enjoyed being there. The coffee was great. The view of the outside was relaxing. I could have brought a book and would have been very content and comfortable there. My only complaint would be I would like to see more cozy chairs for that truly relaxing experience.

Love Caribou Coffee great place to meet, study and have great conversation as well as an awesome cup of coffee. The staff is always courteous and great atmosphere.

This was my favorite Caribou in town. Since it's started to get a little cooler outside and all the wonderful pumpkin flavors come out. My wife and I started to come back almost daily for coffee. Only problem is in the last few weeks service has gone down quite a lot. Takes about 2.5x longer to get drinks and about 30% of the time, either someone in front of me or myself often get handed or offered a coffee we didn't order. They do give us the coffee for free if we wait to long but I'd rather pay and leave within 5 mins.

This is no longer an issue. Go here 3-5 times a week. So much so the ladies know my wife's phone number for perks. Wonderful staff.

This place is bigger than the one in cedar falls. It has more character and the patio looks nice. They serve coffee in mugs if you stay in the shop. And as always, they offer free refills...so it's worth spending some money on coffee there. Overall, I like it more than Starbucks and other caribou locations...so far.
