I always get hot, fresh pizza from this particular Pizza Hut. Most times have to wait a few minutes but it is worth it since the pizza comes directly out of the oven. I usually call ahead to pick it up on my way home. Once in a while I do get delivery. I like the employees. They are friendly and courteous. The manager even has taken time to chit chat with me when they have been slow and I have had to wait. They always ask me if need cheese, peppers or paper plates rather than me having to ask for them. I do miss the dine in that was in Cedar Falls and Waterloo. Especially the buffet and salad bar.

Was an easy answer for supper. A little dry, but that was my fault. Great service, even though they were busy.

Usually when I order from here it's perfect but tonight the completely messed up the pizza. They were so nice and friendly at the door but the pizza clearly wasn't right. I ordered one regular hand tossed and a thin crust, well both were thin crust and completely distorted. On top of it the order got there not even 20 minutes after ordering and it was a fairly large order.

Stayed at a hotel near by on a Wednesday night. Took over an hour to get a cheese pizza and cookie. Both were cold when we got them, the cookie was burned and not cut, the pizza had a couple pieces of sausage on it, was strangely thin in the middle and thick on the edges causing it to be over cooked in the middle and under cooked on the edges. We didnt let our toddler eat any of it a bought him stuff out of the hotel pantry. We love the pizza Hut near our house but this was terrible.
