This DQ is clean, well kept and the food is always hot and fresh. Takes a little more time, but its worth it. Pro Tip: Try the country gravy with your chicken strips. One taste, just one taste, you'll be a believer!

Super clean establishment. The owner himself actually serve me. He was very helpful and friendly. This is definitely my Dairy Queen for the Waterloo area.

The ice cream and customer service seemed fine to me. Both times I've been there the manager has been yelling at his employees. Probably won't go there a 3rd time.

Just had disappointing customer service at DQ on University Ave. Used drive thru, we had to repeat our order three times. Never received any confirmation or response after that third time. Ordered 2 medium chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards and 1 medium new peanut butter cookie dough blizzards. Paid and was handed the blizzards, asking which was the peanut butter one, she didn’t know and instructed us to try each to determine which one was it. While driving off we tried each and all three were the same chocolate chip.

Absolutely horrible!!! Took over 30 minutes to get food then it was wrong and took another 15 minutes to get missing item. The gravy was so old it was gooey like snot. Let's not mention that blizzards were being made by using a book. Drive down the street and hit BK!
