They're absolutely amazing. I went in kind of close to closing time with no idea other than I need shoes that made it to where walking wasn't as painful. And the man there was incredibly helpful and helped me get a cheaper pair. He even complimented my socks.
The best shoe and boot store. They have Red Wing boots, New Balance, Keen shoes and more. They also do repairs and orthodox. Brian and the crew are knowledgeable, friendly, fast. I highly recommend them for all feet needs.
Three generations of my family have gone to this store. The staff is amazing when it comes to finding a good pair of shoes. They are tops.
I'm from a neighboring town & have never been to this store until today. I walked in, there was 2 gals working. One approached & helped me right away. She helped me with many different styles and asked all the right questions, was super nice with a great knowledge of the brands. I kept her busy for about 2 hours. While she was helping me the other gal shortened a pair of way to long shoe laces for me. I actually went home with 4 pair of shoes!! I'd say a great selection of styles for the season & good prices. Most important though " Great customer Service". I'll definitely be going back! Good job Tara & Joan !!
Got an email 18 hours before my new job started that I needed safety shoes. These guys are amazing, fit my foot perfectly with a very comfortable light weight work boot giving me many options for future comfort once I find my needs. So impressed with the knowledge and detail. I walked in with Irish setters on my feet and instead of up selling me I was given a great boot I could afford just prior to starting my new job. Thanks Burkhartzmeyer!!!! New customer for life.
Just took to ladies from my group home there to get shoe's. They were the best with them. Could tell everyone who works there was a very kind and caring person. Best of all they made sure there shoes were what they needed and fit them right. Thanks to the people working there and making us feel so welcome and not treating them any different like what has happened at other places

I've been buying shoes from Burkhartzmeyer Shoes my entire life. The customer service and care you'll receive here are beyond exceptional. The shoes may be high priced, but they're of high quality and absolutely worth every penny!
I VERYmuch LOVE this place. So helpful So kind So courteous. Incredible. Gentle w ME. Helped me to understand my situation. Shared w me the history of the store. Fantastic time w the STORE team. I FEEL like they are about customer service. So patient with me as well.
Very friendly, very knowledgeable of their products. Prices are competitive, less than Amazon.
