Great experience at this store. Stopped in for work boots, scanned my feet and Mathew knew what boot would work best for me almost immediately. I tried on several boots before settling on his suggestion and left feeling very confident with these boots.

Good people, very patient and determined to make sure you have a shoe that fits you right. Clay ordered in a model for me that I couldn't find locally and that was very helpful. Also went through some different sizes of boots until I found the right size for me. I appreciate their flexibility in working through that process.
I went into the Red Wing Shoe store in Burnsville today looking for a very specific work boot for a Christmas present for my husband. I’ve been looking for more than two weeks so I didn’t really hold out much hope because everyone has been out of stock. However, my superhero Matt went above and beyond the call of duty and found the boots has been discontinued but was able to locate a pair for me. Thank you so much Matt, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate what you did for me.
"You Get What You Pay For" I am not a regular customer of Red Wing Shoes.. With that being the case the 2 times that I choose to go I spent way more money for a pair if work boot then they should really be worth. Like I said First off is very true.. This is not just shoe store . When u walk in you look around with out a person trying to sell you everything. When u find something that you like a sales person helps you but not just getting them from the back ... They have a hole routine that goes one an it is really cool.. first u get a 3D map of your feel . They go over every little thing about your feet an then find the best fitting pair of boots an there is no comparison anyplace on the planet... i have been gifted some odd feet an They make my feet feel great 12 Stars.. You Pay more but you get every cent of it in quality on your feet

Showed up at opening on Sunday. The place was busy and the sales person was just awesome. Literally running to get what people were wanting to try on. I actually bought xtra pair shoes also other than work boats based on his service he provided me. Thanks Clay... you did awesome
Been going to this location for 15+ years and have always had great service. Bought a pair of safety toe shoes 5 months ago and had a seam tear causing the lace to break inside the shoe weird design. After Matt inspected the shoe and he determined it was a warranty issue. Without hesitation he replaced my 5 month old shoes for a brand new pair. Was able to continue working with no down time without any cost. Redwing stands behind their product and the most comfortable shoes/boots money can buy! Thanks again Matt!
