Since 2013 I have only taken my Camry to Burnsville Toyota because of the excellent service I have always received. I am a hospice nurse and my car is my office, my patients depend on me to be able to get to them when they need me. Your staff understands and respects that. Shannon, service, has been phenomenal in taking care of my “office”. Couple months ago I brought in my car to have checked over as my teenage daughter was taking it to Colorado. Shannon gave me his card with his direct number for her to call him if she ran into any car issues and he would help her safely get the assistance she needed. You never get that much personal attention anywhere. His care made me a life long Toyota customer.

I'm a Toyota driver for life and I've been a Burnsville Toyota customer for 8 years. I had two used Toyotas that I would take in for parts and service and now I lease a brand new Camry from them. I'm very happy with the parts/service department but not super impressed with the car sales department. I loved my salesman Chase. He was fantastic and super nice and helpful. He helped get me everything I was looking for and came in on his day off to sign the lease with me. There were a few things overall, though, that I was really unhappy about, not with him, but with the rest of the car sales department. When I came in to sign the lease, I was quoted a different price because they had made mistake the day before. I was at the dealership for 4 hours to sign a lease and the finance department was extremely slow and didn't show any sense of urgency. And the thing I was most unhappy about was that near the end of the whole process they let me know that there will be a $350 fee when I return the lease in 3 years if I don't get another lease from them. I wish I would have cancelled everything at that point.

Burnsville Toyota Service department is great. I've had all my vehicles ( Toyota and Land Rovers) serviced there for lube and oil. Generally the work is done well and thoroughly. The techs are friendly and informative. The wait area is clean and offers refreshments and Wifi. My one and only complaint is the cost of minor repairs/ replacements. On 11/20/2017@ 8:50AM I brought my vehicle in for a screw replacement on a rear mud flap. My service Tech Austin informed me@ my last oil change (couple months ago) that a simple fix such as that screw would only be a few minutes and to take it through the service doors. I bring my truck in to have this single screw replaced but am informed it will have to be scheduled out and the repair for the screw would cost me approximately $30-40... I left the service department and went to Lehman's Garage in Savage. Lehman's had my truck repaired in two minutes... The charge was free since they had the part and it literally took longer to drive the truck into the stall than the actual job to bolt the screw. I will bring my cars in for lube and oil but for replacement/ repair services, I will go elsewhere.

The service I received was exceptional in every way! I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming gentleman who could not have been more gracious and up front about the work required on my car and the recommendations for future service. The waiting area and complimentary refreshments were greatly appreciated - especially the oatmeal and raisin cookies. Congratulations to an enterprise that really understands the concept of service and above all, the right first impressions!!

We needed a car quickly as my husband's car died - transmission went out. We did not want new and wanted low payments, but still wanted a good used car. Peter was excellent-we ended up purchasing the first car he showed us and so far very happy with it - 2003 Honda Accord. Peter worked with us for a couple hours to get everything done that day. Thanks Peter !!
