Craig Schroeder, our salesman was a friendly, thorough, no pressure human being! He was very thorough in showing us the vehicles capabilities and special features. He went through the trade-in purchasing process and the transaction went extremely smooth from beginning to end! This dealership we title as a "Family feel friendly", car sales team. Very friendly and helpful staff members. The buying process was quick and easy. David was our product specialist, he asked all the necessary questions to make sure we could find the car that fit our needs, he also helped us understand all the buying process and make sure we knew how to use the car features. And of course I can't forget to mention the free Starbucks coffee and popcorn we got 😋Excelente service!

We bought 3 cars from Andrew! We shopped around for a few days went to a few different dealerships. And Andrew approached us in the lot! He was genuine and really down to earth! He was personable and since he was new, if he didn’t know something he found it out and asked. Chris his manager, was awesome a really great person to talk with and get to know. I rarely do reviews but the people at park Chrysler Jeep, need to know how awesome they really are! If you are looking for a car go here and only here, you won’t be disappointed!!

So I had an incredible experience. I went to buy a winter car and had all kinds of anxiety about this process, when I tell you that Stacy @ Park Chrysler Jeep of Burnsville was one of the best sales persons that I've encountered is an understatement. I called about this vehicle and shortly thereafter I received a call back and I went out there and my service was incredible. Not only did I get the vehicle that I wanted, while I was waiting for the paperwork to be done, I told her that the waiting room needs an improvement, like a popcorn machine, and do you know the next day when I went to pick my car up their was a popcorn machine there. What that told me is that I'm an important customer and that my opinion matters.  I had a great experience and suggest that anyone looking for a vehicle would stop here @ Park Chrysler Jeep first and give Stacy a shot at your business. She want let you down.

When I bought my jeep both sales guys were very helpful. I drove over 2 hours away to go up there. I got there later than I anticipated but the sales guy stayed to make sure I got what I wanted and didn't have to return. Fast forward a year later I decide to refinance my jeep and at much much lower rate and have to cancel the GAP insurance. I end up speaking with Erick. This guy should not be dealing with customers at all! I have financed well over 400k in vehicles in the past years and have always had gap insurance. Erick tells me I have to drive the jeep all the way up there for an inspection and have the original agreement with me before they can cancel the gap. I know from experience that this is not true and I tell him that. He continues to argue with me and he clearly has me on a speaker phone as I can barley understand him. Finally after telling him I would just all the insurance place myself he asks me to just send him pictures which I did 15 minutes after getting off the phone with him. He emailed me back and said he got them.This was a few weeks ago, I've left voicemails and no return calls or emails. Still have not heard from them or got a check for my gap insurance. I guess I will be filing a complaint with the AG next week. And to think I was going to buy a new truck from them. Glad I'm working with Lagers in Mankato to get my new 2018 Ram.
