I am a small business owner, and was getting close to finalizing an extremely important business deal. Unfortunately, I was blindsided by someone I trusted, and the deal fell through. Struggling to find a way to navigate a wordy and difficult contract, I sought a lawyer to help, and was referred by a friend to Larry. Larry was absolutely invaluable to solving this issue. He provided solid legal advice that allowed my business and I to move forward through chaos and uncertainty. I felt like I was paralyzed by such a blow to my business, but Larry and his expertise made it manageable and clear. I couldn't recommend Larry more. I spoke to Larry about my options for some troll who blackmailed my business and Yelp who scraped my business listing from google without my consent and put it online. This hi-jacking of my information led to there being a possibility of extortion. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with Mr. Donahue who gave me good and honest legal advice totally free of charge, which lawyers never do. He could also empathize with my situation as the same thing happened to him, and he was very caring and reassuring. This company really is a lawyer for the people.

I was referred to L4SB by a friend who used L4SB to incorporate his business. So I called L4SB and spoke to Larry. He answered all my questions in great detail without any pressure to buy.

One advantage of going with L4SB (vs a generic/cheap firm) is that L4SB is actually familiar with both the tax implications and the legal implications of where you incorporate.  Based on my research, I believe L4SB is the "gold standard" for someone wanting to incorporate/form LLC.

Larry Donahue used fast talking to get my credit card information and charge me. He told me that there would be a very inexpensive flat rate of $10 to look over a contract. I actually couldn't believe it and asked him several questions to clarify that this low price was real. Then I also included the quoted flat rate on our payment contract to be sure. Almost a month later he charged my credit card for $160 saying that the cost was $10 per page reviewed and denies that he ever quoted me the flat rate. This place is just after your money and nothing else.
