This was the first year I filed with Butler Tax & Accounting, and I had a great experience. I worked with Melony and she did an excellent job explaining the details of my situation and what route would be best for me to take. I highly recommend coming here if you are interested in learning more about options that are available to you. There were many things Melony brought up that would have greatly benefitted me in previous years that I just did not know about.

We have been going to Kevin Hicks for years and he is so informative and fast. He even educates us about strategies for future help. Love love love this company.

I have been going to Butler for taxes for over 10 years, specifically to Kevin! I love their team, they are knowledgeable and very thorough. I highly recommend them for any tax and accounting purposes.

We have been using Kevin with butler tax for our business payroll for about 6 months ...he has been wonderful to work with!! We switched over to him based on a referral from friend who highly recommended him. Now we know why!! We also had him do our business and personal taxes...he is amazing,fast professional and very good at what he does!! We couldn't be happier. Great company!

Update 5-2-17 I received a call from Russell Butler with Butler tax to talk about my experience. Talking with him on the phone was way more pleasant than before. I had asked Kelley about doing it electronically and was informed that wasn't possible and had to show up and physically pay and sign. When Russell called me he mentioned that they do a lot of returns by email/electronic signatures and that electronic transactions electronically ARE possible....sounds kinda cool. Russell also mentioned that they're doing more training to convey the correct information to the recipient, and make sure that they are aware of the process and order that the IRS requires to comply with federal law. It's sounds like I might need to make another attempt with Butler, just to try the electronic way. I've never signed a legal item with my finger, sounds kinda neat _______________________________________________________ I did my taxes with Butler Tax this year due to a complicated return. Next year I will do it on my phone again with Turbotax and avoid the hassle and wait. Plus with turbotax you don't pay anything until the IRS has it in hand. Their Customer service is good and the perception on the facade is nice, but I filed with Kelly and I dropped them off and he informed me that it would take a couple days to do them. After 3 days I called him (because no-one called me) and he had mentioned that and assured me that the taxes were done and filed all I needed to do was pay. When I spoke with him over the phone that's what he had told me. Then about a week later (on the tax deadline day) he sends me a text saying that "Hi Brian. Tomorrow is the deadline for us to file your taxes. Please come in to sign and pay so we can send them in on time. Thanks. Kelly @ Butler Tax." Pretty much saying that they haven't even filed them yet and I had to sign a paper to do auto withdrawal. So either way I'd have to come in and sign something, so common sense suggests to just come in pay in cash and avoid the extra fee ($30) to have the fee deducted from the return. Worse place ever....back to Turbotax it is
