Terrible. They took 6 months to do my taxes and ended up charging me $50 more than I was told. Do not use them.

This place is a joke. I paid them to do my small business' taxes in 2013 and they made huge errors that resulted in me getting a larger refund than I should have. I suspected this was the case and asked them about it. They didn't help me figure it out, just just told me to send the check back to the IRS. When the same exact check came this year, I spent HOURS on the phone with the IRS before having the CPA there help me figure it out. This was several months ago, and he said he was going to file an amended return for 2015. That still hasn't happened and I have followed up multiple times. Terrible company. Just buy turbotax. The robots there are more helpful...
