We started with Madsen & Company a few years ago for our personal taxes right after we received an inheritance, and our current accountant I believed was not able to handle it as well as he was getting ready to retire. We have been very pleased with Steve Madsen and we are now going to have him handle our small business taxes and payroll. I have been a loyal customer at Madsen and Company for 5 years now. It is very important for me to know all of the facts. Steve continues to stay ahead of the curb and to communicate all adjustments to annual taxes as they change year over year. He also make it very convenient to drop off all the forms, and then pick them up when completed. He will even mail your forms to you if you cannot make to the office.

2016 was our first year in business, which turned out to be every bit as challenging as any entrepreneurial book or magazine has ever warned or described before. But our tax experience at Madsen & Co. was what we had hopped for. Smooth, uneventful and educational. Steve always responded to our questions and emails almost instantly and his Quickbooks experience and accessibility avoided us a couple of trips to his practice while facilitating our tax documents preparation and filing. We highly recommended using the services of Madsen & Co and look forward to working with Steve this year again. By the way, we are having a lot more fun this year.

Mr. Madsen knows his stuff. He is highly responsive and reliable - great assets when you encounter tax issues. I appreciate that he provides helpful suggestions for improvements in your operations. I recommend him highly.
