The accounting factor has been doing my business and personal taxes for the past five years and they do an amazing job. They ask all the right questions to make sure they get you the maximum refund. My whole family uses them now and has referred their whole extended family.

Called in and asked to Speak with Peng directly due to a referral that told me to speak with him about my interest in a business accountant, I was surprised when I basically informed over the phone that I was unable to leave him a call back number or speak with him directly even after informing then rep again I was referred to them and would really like to Speak with Peng directly just solely on the Fact I was referred to him by name and that was what I would prefer, I was then told they work in teams and she was his junior executive and then with a very unprofessional attitude was asked “So can I help you?”. This to me is very unprofessional and shows me that I would be better taking my business to a company that will listen to what is asked by the customer, a simple request to take down a number and name to have the person return your call at a convenient time is a very simple task and I need a company who can complete my important complicated tasks I can rely on and this company is obviously not up to the task .

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We were referred by a friend to this company. They filed our taxes for us but I felt too much time had passed and we hadn't received our refund so I asked my wife to follow up. She followed up and they said it takes time to get the refund. They looked into our refund status and called us back to inform us one of their employees checked a wrong box so we filed incorrectly. We have to submit a request to the federal government asking to retract our current tax forms and resubmit them. Had we not followed up, I don't know this mistake would have been discovered. This makes me wonder what checks and balances this company has in place. This seems to be a pretty simple mistake that should have been caught before the documents were submitted. I think it goes without saying I will not be using their services in the future and would caution anybody who would consider going to them for tax preparation.
