5 Star Service! After landing in Albuquerque, I realized my watch needed a battery. I stopped in Butterfield Jewelers for help. I'm only in town for a few days and told them that I need fast service. They understood and repaired my watch in record time! Thanx Caleb!!!

I have dealt with Butterfield Jewelers for some time now but mostly with the watch end of their store. Recently I've purchased three ring settings and had a diamond that I already owned set into these rings. The service, attention to detail and final rings were of the highest quality. I cannot say enough positives about my experience. I would recommend them without equivocation.

My experience is that I work there. For 26 years I ve been one of thier jewelers. We really strive for good service to be given to each and every person who comes in our door. From what I am reading we have not always made it to that goal. For that I do apologize. Sometimes our best foot has not been put forward like it should have been. We bounce back given a chance after we make mistakes, but only if one is willing to give us that chance. If not is always of course your choice. I for one do hope you will come back and give us that chance to see if we can win you over and show you our best side.My name is Paul Rex thank you for reading this.

Helpful and nice unless you don't buy your diamonds from them then they are rude and belittling.

Personalized service. Need wedding bans and we were immediately assisted by one of the Butterfield gents you hear on the radio. We are on the right path to finding a custom band that matches her engagement ring for a great price!
