I was very happy with the helpful customer service I received from the manager on the phone. I had ordered a Princess ring in Rose Gold from E-Bay and found that my order was not even shipped after my paying for it, and after I requested a refund I received the “ring” in the mail that was an obviously cheap knock off. I called the store to see if they had the ring in stock, which they did and put it on hold for me. She had also received 7 calls that week from other people who had ordered online and not received their merchandise. I will use the store again, and recommend others to not bother ordering online! You may be sold cheap replicas as I was sent!

The sales assistant/clerks who I have worked with have been wonderful. Several days after purchasing my bracelet the clasp broke. They immediately replaced it, no questions asked. Will definitely continue purchasing from this store!

I bought a neclace a month ago, they told me when i bought it their was a 1 year warenty, the necklace already broke after a month and nobody wants to honor the warenty, customer service is tearable. I would not recomend this location.

Terrible customer experience.... bought a ring it was too big, just a simple exhange right??? Nooooope! They were out of the size i needed, no biggie... just order it right? Was told 7-10 business days maybe longer! Was pressured into exhanging for what they have in stock, i want what i want, not something else! Went online and got it delivered to my house in 3 days, for the same price!!!! hahaha...my advice, go to store to look at and size and buy online if they do not have what you need.
