John and Michael are amazing! They made my ring search a great experience! The thing I most liked about them other than the highly competitive pricing was the customer service. John and Michael were open to my needs in finding an engagement ring, they didn't pressure me above my budget, and they were comfortable to work with. I wanted to surprise Danielle with the proposal so I didn't want her to have any idea what was going to happen or hint in anyway. So, my biggest worry was finding a ring she'd love without pretend shopping with her to get insight to her ring preferences. John and Michael guided me into getting a solitaire ring and picking out the main diamond for Danielle, then after the proposal I brought Danielle in to pick out a ring she wanted and then refunded the cost of the solitaire and moved Danielle's diamond to the new ring. Danielle was even able to design her own personal ring by picking out different aspects of options she liked and melding them all into a specific ring just for her. I'd highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family!

I don't even know where to start. My husband and I had been searching for a jeweler for several weeks before we came across John Thomas Jewelers. When I walked in I was greeted so kindly by Michael who spent so much time educating me and showing me many designs and styles. I felt like I was an expert gemologist after walking out of there. There was no pressure to purchase at that moment and I felt so comfortable knowing Michael was so passionate about his work. My husband and I came back because I felt so comfortable with the way I was treated. We designed a ring based off of 2 rings that I loved in the store, we picked a diamond and had it sent to the store. It came in and the diamond was stunning so we moved forward with the design. Every step of the way was delightful. The entire process took about 5 weeks, but it was well worth the wait. I received my ring on Friday & it was all that I could have dreamed of. I wish every jeweler was this passionate and dedicated to their work. Thank you gentleman for making my experience so special. I LOVE MY RING & I now have a forever jeweler! ;)

John Thomas Jewelers has done it once again!  My husband and I moved away from Albuquerque a few years ago.  As such, our ability to get into the store on a regular basis is difficult.  In our most recent visit I was only in town for a few nights.  My husband called John and Michael a few days before our visit to give them a heads up that we would be stopping by to have my ring inspected, cleaned, and re-dipped.  John and Michael confirmed that it would not be a problem to get the work completed quickly.  As promised, I dropped the ring off on Thursday around lunch and I got a call back a few hours later saying the work was done.  When my husband picked up my ring it shined like new.  This is not my first positive experience at John Thomas.  To be honest, I have never had a bad experience.  Dating back to my husband's first visit to the store years ago to pick out my engagement ring, we have always been impressed with the team's friendliness, customer service and expertise.  Furthermore, we love the no pressure sales environment.  Even though we now live in a city that is larger than Albuquerque with a number of alternative options, my husband and I both agree that John Thomas Jewelers will be first choice for our jewelry needs!  Thank again for everything John and Michael.

Outstanding customer service! I was referred by a family member and was not disappointed. I came in looking for an engagement ring that was only viewable online and the staff did not try to push me towards another ring, nor try to up sell me to something different. I had a set price range I wanted to stick with and they were able to meet it spot on. The quality put into each ring is phenomenal! I was able to customize the ring with no hassle. Many options on main stones were available and again I was not pushed to something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Michael was able to find a main stone that suited my budget accordingly and looked amazing! Once the setting and main stone arrived it was only a couple days before I had the ring completed and in my hand. Overall process took me just a few weeks. I will definitely be returning for further purchases! I highly recommend choosing John Thomas Jewelers!
