Great spot to pick up lunch, a casual dinner, or hang out on a Friday after work. I love the location the Rooftop patio; as long as it's warm enough, this is always my preferred spot to hang out. Regarding food and service, it's typical with what you'd expect from a CB & Potts. Burgers tasty and the beer is cold. Service has always been pretty good whenever I've stopped by. Wait staff is always friendly.

Day after Christmas and the newly revamped Foothills Mall, Ft. Collins, CO was alive with shopping, outdoor music, and many out n about. The new CB Potts could not be in a better location to relax, enjoy a creatively named & tasty brew assortment. We chose to sit at the bar as an appetizer/brew was our goal. The staff were very busy with a full house of patrons but they were friendly, helpful and food was hot, yummy, & served with a smile. Love that every brew comes in a frosted heavy pint glass! I've seldom witnessed such an organized bartender! The ownership has a true winning experience!

Went to get a beer and have some food for a game. Generally the service was average, a little lacking at times. Then came the time to pay the bill. My SO had ordered something not on the menu, and they had a charge of 2$ for avocado. Now I am usually fine with this price but there was a single slice of avocado on the sandwich that I wasn't prepared to pay 2$. We let the server know this and he said OK. Manager then comes over and says to my SO that he is going to have the kitchen "do a better job at that." Then says he will take 1$ off. We go to restaurants often and have both been in the service industry as well as still have family in the business. This is not a negotiation at the end of my meal if I wasn't satisfied, the only acceptable thing to say is "how do we make it right." It isn't acceptable to blame someone else and say it is going to be taken care of in the future. After we paid the bill my SO went to talk to the manager again, he then gave her a coupon for a free sandwich. Still not right and he had a chance to do the correct things two times. Once when we asked for the charge to be removed, remove it. Again he didn't ask to make anything right. I will not be returning.

We rented the upstairs area of the restaurant for my son's birthday/graduation party and ordered food from the banquet menu for the event. The guests were raving about the great food and the amazing service. The wait staff absolutely doted on our guests! All the staff was very friendly and so helpful. This was an outstanding experience for everyone in attendance. Thank you!!

Went for lunch. Waited 10 min after being seated, before the waiter showed up. Ordered their burger. What I got was a crunchy, hard, Wendy's hamburger for $10. I could not even chew it, it was so hard. Told the waiter, who just defended the cook. He didn't offer to remake until I said I couldn't chew it. The next one wasn't much better. Manager never came over to apologize, and they only took $5 off the bill. Poor service, poor quality. Not going back.
