Lovely indoor and outdoor seating. 
Waitress was very helpful and smiling. 
I ordered a vegetarian pizza which was undoubtedly above my expectation, though I was expecting it to be good, as they positioned it as a brick stone oven pizzeria. Nothing was over or under done. Pizza had taste. Was hot and generously topped with mushrooms and other veggies and  cheese. Pizza sauce was delicious.
Thinking of their pizza now wants me to go their right away. Would go their, whenever i am in Fort Collins again!

With the devastating news of our favorite pizza place, Uncle's Pizza, closing its does, my wife and I have been looking for a new place.  We ate at Grimaldi's before with better memories, but this time the crust was like cardboard and the pizza my wife ordered and very little flavor.  It is overpriced and not exactly "New York" pizza as they say.  Try Artes Pizza in Loveland.  More true to New York style and definitely more affordable.  But since this is a sit down place and I have to admit service was good, the money spent didn't produce the results.  We'll continue to try and find Uncle's replacement...

We've been there a couple of times since the movie theater is adjacent.  The thing that struck me the most is that while we were looking at the menu deciding to go in or not, the owner nicely told us about the restaurant, the food and what makes it unique.  The pizza was great!  And by the way, I am not a pizza person.  I have two young kids and instantly the staff gave them the pizza dough to play with and were incredibly helpful, professional and kind.  We just went with a simple but classic Mergherita pizza and were thrilled by the freshness of the ingredients and crust.  Keep up the good work.  Will be back.

Best pizza I've had in Colorado. I love it and they have may toppings to add! I will definitely come back here.
