HORRIBLE, do not go by the pictures. The pictures are simply false. You do not have two jacuzzi tubs, they are simple regular sized tubs with a couple of jets. They are not meant for two people to use. The water smells and taste of toilet water and is cloudy. Park is only for 2 cars max, you will have to squeeze those two cars. Customer service on these issues were also a horrible experience. Snakes in the grass for sure.

We stayed in Mountain Laurel in Gatlinburg. Our cabin stated it slept 4 but only provided linens and cover for one bed. There was missing lightbulbs throughout. There was no directions on how to work the TV, and additionally, the parking was horrible!!!!

Poor customer service . When we booked our cabin Cynthia was very nice and helpful. When we checked in the two at the desk where very rude and argumentative. This was our  first time to Pigion Forge and Gatlinburg. So we didn't know our way around . The young girl at the desk was just plain rude Our cabin was nice but had a few issues with keeping with their maintenance.. We have already decided that CabinUsa will not be our next choice. Staying clear of this company . I am usually a very positive person but this has to be handled with the customer service at the checkin . No ones deserves to be treated the way I was . And when I tried to complain to someone there where excuses and excuses ..

This company made booking hassle free.. everything was perfect,  customer service was perfect.. I will be booking again soon through this same company.. 😊

Worst place ever. Hot tub was all ice on arrival. When 
we asked about it we were told it was cleaned prior to our arrival. How do you clean solid ice?!?! Wouldnt refund money and didnt seem to care. I understand things happen, things break down but this had been an issue long before we arrived.
