Across the Smokies was in a good location. I was hoping it would not be too far from town and was glad to see it was only 8 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. There were plenty of towels and linens and the water was always nice and hot in all 3 bathrooms. Cabin was clean and fresh and has been kept up. There is a charcoal grill but be sure and bring charcoal if you use the grill. Hot tub was nice for kids and master bath also has jacuzzi tub. We will definitely book this cabin in the future since we have 5 kids and 2 hotel rooms is nowhere near as nice as this cabin.

We have used Heartland several times over the years and have never been disappointed.  Their excellent staff recommended the perfect cabin for our son’s first visit to the Smoky Mountains.  Had no issues with the cabin or the rental process.  Highly recommend them and will rent from them again!

Comment:	One of our favorite cabins! We've stayed in this particular cabin twice now and love it. It was well set up and clean. The hot tub is in a spot that offers plenty of privacy. The internet and wifi work great if you need to do some business while there. Also some has stations have been added in wears valley which made it even more convenient than last time. Will likely be booking again in October!

We have stayed with Heartland twice, and both times they have been great! They will work with you on the type of cabin you want and where! If we go back to stay in the mountains we will definitely consider Heartland again!
