First time here. The place is awesome. Tons of space to relax while they was your car. Everyone is friendly and they do a professional job. Actually talked me into a cheaper package because my car didn’t need the heavy duty stuff. Def check it out if you’re in the area

The best car detailing experience in Fort Lauderdale! Not only was it a job well done on my BMW, but the service and staff here are the best part! Everyone from the cashier to the service men were extremely friendly and helpful. They did a very thorough job cleaning out the interior of the car, hit wax and buffering on the outside. Will definitely be coming back here for now on! Thank you.

They have been going a bit down hill but now im done. Now I know why they had to change their name from Cactus.  my 2month old car just got gouged and burned by them and they are jerking me around.  Went in with brand new car come out with burned and scratched grooves and hood. now jerking me around telling me their "high tech , high definition cameras would pick it up, but now apparently couldn't.  After wasting an hour and a half their with a , what I now find out was a regional manager, who I saw for all of 5 minutes and then disappeared. he left it up to his workers to take my incident report take pictures etc while he went to the video tape and was never to be seen again. I had to call the main office 10 days (3/21/18) after it happened to find out what was going on only to be called back by Lisa who never even got the report and asked if she could call me back as she had to call down there, but never did. Instead a worker from the car wash Mathew called for Carlos and asked me to come back down again to test the lighting and view camera footage as if me wasting my time for an hour and  a half the first time wasn't enough. At first I said fine, but wasn't happy about it. I then spoke with DB , attorney who told me I did what I was supposed to , signed the incident report , pictures were taken and it states on form awaiting decision from main office. He said they are making you jump thru hoops and trying to shirk their responsibility as all vehicles are checked for scratches and dents when checked in as anyone who goes there knows. Gentleman who checked me in stated car was in perfect condition and something happened.Now as you can see by pictures the burned off paint from either the hand held waxer and scratch half way across the hood of a two month old car. Two estimates, one from dealer for 1100 and one from mobile for 650.00.  Ive been going there since 2011, they have taken care of all my vehicles and the last 6 months this place has been sliding but now they have hit the bottom of the barrel as far as I'm concerned.  At first I told them, I get it , accidents happen, but if you are going to act like a typical stereotypical south florida sketchy business, then see you in court.
