Make sure you read the reviews! Don’t waste your money! Terrible quality, poor management. They are clearly only concerned with getting through cars quickly with little to no concern for quality. After walking around my truck to look at the supposed wash, I noticed several areas of dried soap, dirty spots, and areas hardly touched. When I presented my dissatisfaction to a gentleman that claims to be the GM, he told me my 3 year old truck had oxidation and that the “paint was bad.” Just 2 weeks prior my truck was washed by a similar car wash facility and came out looking brand new. When I asked him what could be done to possibly try to make the situation better he suggested I pay to have my truck detailed at $100. When I said that wasn’t happening he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I own a local business only a few doors down and would never treat a dissatisfied customer this way. Horrible quality, no integrity, and total lack of care for their customers. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

After waiting for weeks to get a response from these guys on the obvious damage to my vehicle.  This was the response I received from them.  "I road over a curb and it was damage" or "my mechanic made a mistake while doing an oil change".   Please for the love of God go somewhere to get your pride and joy cleaned.  Don't go through what I am going through.  The end.

I give it five stars because the car wash service they offer gets the job done. If you want a detail then this is not where you should be taking your car. They have professional detailers for that. I use their monthly plan for touch ups after taking my car in for a professional detailing every 6 months. You get what you pay for.

If I could leave no stars I would. The lack of service and professionalism is astounding. I drove my Maserati Ghibli in and waited for someone to come to my window. Finally when they all stopped talking one person moseyed over. When I started to ask how long the full service with wheels package would take they started opening my car and vacuuming. At that point I felt pressured to get out of my car fast. I paid and waited for my car. I watched as it came out of the wash and quickly noticed a large piece of the undercarriage hanging out from the bottom of the car. I quickly went over and they all started looking at it because it was making noise. Nobody seemed very concerned and they all deflected responsibility claiming that it was not their fault. Even the manager said it was not their fault and there was nothing they could do. I began to drive away and stopped immediately as the noise scraping on the ground was VERY loud. Another manager came out and gave me attitude, did nothing and walked away. Don’t waste your money. I upgraded to the wheel package and even that was not done properly.

Always a quick visit for a good clean. Prices are the most reasonable too for the area.
