Even though has changed hands 3x in 40 years, they are incomparable! Great job and always good staff! I only go here. Can also buy detailing and engine/oil change adjacent building. Double check hours & don't postpone. Gurantees and membership available.

*Very* specific request made to the detailing department. "All I need done is my front seats, especially the one my dog sits on. And,  that is a spot of gel ink, ( right seat, were I toss my work bag, it has happened before ) it comes right out with Dawn."  I was told it would take 2 hours, so I wandered around Central Avenue, looking at hippies. Not a normal activity for me. After the 2 hours I got to my car. The ink stain was still there, and the edges of the drivers bucket was still dirty, as dirty as when I brought it there. "We couldn't get it out, it has to dry", etc. I said OK, at least my dogs seat looked a lot better overall. Thanks for that anyway. I got home, broke out the Dawn and a rag just to check. The ink came right out, and the edges of the bucket came totally clean. The rag was filthy. Cars were lined up around the block, so maybe it was an isolated incident. I'm not going to go back to see if that was the case.

I was coming down Monday to get the oil changed in my wife's car, not now. How spaced out is that crew?

Great place to get your car washed. Friendly staff who are willing to answer your questions. The available multiple wash/detailing options help set Pronto apart from the rest. Oh! You cam also get your oil changed here and they'll throw in a free carwash!!

Clean well lit and the police like to chat with each other for hours while hiding on the side lines felt very safe knowing they were there
