The WORST customer service experience I've ever had, the manager at this location is unapologetic over the extremely low level customer service and food. Lost my bussiness forever, not worth going to any Cafe Rio location since my experience was so bad at this location.

Wow, after reading all the one star reviews I think I must be lucky. I go to this location often when I am seeing a movie at the megaplex. I have never read a problem with the staff and my food is always tasty and consistent with other locations. I do think the staff is a little slow, especially considering how dead it usually is. But I like that this location almost never has a line no matter when you go. Other locations have crazy long lines.

Not sure why all the poor reviews. My experience here was great - I ordered a salad to go (to eat next day), and the staff went above and beyond to put all items in small containers so the salad wasn't soggy the next day. Really friendly and helpful!

Food is decent for cafe rio but the service is terrible 3 out of 3 times, Tried to give it a chance and a second chance , then the third strike was the nail in the coffin. This is closest to my house but I will go out of my way to a better cafe rio store, it's that bad.

They always leave something out. Which is frustrating because I paid extra for it but didn't get it. Today we ordered 3 salads but only got one dressing. Anther day I ordered burritos but got tacos. Again, I paid extra but didn't get it. I had it delivered and I didn't want to drive back to get it.
