Service is usually pretty good, food is great can't complain. But me and my other always go to this Olive Garden and we always share our soup and salad with no problems. Yesterday for Valentine's we went there and I asked our server for another soup and she said "since you shared soup we will have to charge you for that".... never has this happened so why the hell now? Didn't like our server, she wasn't that great

Usually Olive Garden food is what it is, pretty good not great. Well this time was different. We went to this location on a Saturday at 3PM, got seated quickly and were served quickly. The food however was terrible!!! my daughter wouldn't even eat her mac and cheese and I tried it and the noodles were hard. My dining companion got cheese ravioli and there was hardly any cheese in them, most of them were just the pasta with no cheese. My chicken parm was chewy and the spaghetti sauce was very bland. Will not eat at this location ever again!!

The manager here is amazing. Natalia went above and beyond and treated us like royalty. She is quick to jump in and help her waiters, which was so great since it was a really busy night. Natalia made our dining experience a truely enjoyable one.

Olive Garden Olive Garden I went to the one in West Valley next to the valley fair mall. Well my experience in this fancy restaurant was very good but even though we had to wait like 30 minutes to get seated but it was really busy but other then the wait everything was excellent. I mean the food server was great with us was he gave us are drinks fast and he was their for every refill he came and check with us every 10 minutes making sure we had our bread warm. I mean he was excellent and he even gave us some recommendations in the food on which was the best to get it was great. But the best part was the food I got some chicken Alfredo it was warm good chessey and it was good as hell. And it only took like 20 minutes to get to my table.I mean that was really fast even thought how full they were the cooks were really fast and good cooks. And the restaurant was really fancy looking it seem like i was eating in a fancy rich restaurant even though it was really cheat in my opinion with that food quality. But theirs one thing I don’t like about this restaurant is that Its really small. I mean they should have more seats and tables because Olive Garden gets really busy so people won’t have to wait a lot. But other than that this is a excellent restaurant I recommend this to everybody in Utah I give it a five star.

Excellent service and food. I went for lunch and my order came fast. The lunch menu with unlimited salad and breadsticks was a really good deal. The waitress was really kind.
