I have been a regular customer to Starbucks for years but this location has ruined it for me. Unfortunately I have yet to have a good experience here and I won’t be back. Each time I’ve gone through the drive-through I’ve waited AT LEAST 15 minutes, some times even 20 minutes. Each time, there were only 4-5 cars ahead of me. That is an obscene wait time when the purpose of a drive-through is to be fast. Each time I go I think it will be different, and each time I end up super disappointed. People have places to be quickly.. nobody has time to wait that long for one coffee. Not once has anyone ever apologized for the wait either. I’m over it, I’ll gladly take my business to B&B or elsewhere where I can get in and out in 5 minutes or less - even with a line of 10-15 people. It’s so obvious that this location needs more staffing and/or faster baristas. This location has lost another loyal customer, and from the bad reviews it seems this is not uncommon which is unfortunate.
Time to step up, management.

I visit Starbucks often, I have been to a lot of different locations but this is my favorite. The crew always says hello and makes the perfect drink. They truly make the experience pleasant and have earned my business.

I don't, hardly ever give a 5 star review but how could I not.  I walk in everybody says hi Craig always are smiling and willing to go the extra foot, would say mile the store isn't that big, to help out.  What happen to the USA Today paper?

I have been doing business with Starbucks for years. If you try something different and you don't like it, they quickly and politely replace it. And the treats are good too.

I love this Starbucks time of operations  suites me early mornings on my way to work. Very fast and  great customer service!!!  It does get busy so sometimes you will deal with crowds in drive through and inside.
