Every time we have come here, the food has been perfect. The staff is friendly, the prices are good and the portions are sufficient. Generous chunks of meat. For the lunch special you get to choose two items out of about 30 authentic Thai dishes. My only very minor complaint would be that I'd like more rice, but they brought me more upon request so it wasn't an issue. The place was packed full on a Friday when we got in at 1 pm today. We'll definitely come back here.

I have eaten here a dozen times in the last couple of years and never been disappointed yet.  My favorite dishes are the pineapple chicken curry, and the waterfall beef different tastes in food that compliments each other.  Come hungry so you can fill up on great food.  Weekends they always seem busy must be a good sign!

Simply Thai was simply amazing! Chicken so juicy it gleeked an impressive stream across the table when touched by my spoon. Didn't know meat could do that. Carrots as large as my fist cooked to perfection. Didn't know carrots grew that large. And a wonderful staff that tolerated some less than classy dinner conversation and obnoxious laughter. New favorite place!

The Pad Thai is dreamy. After eating here I always find myself comparing other Thai restaurants to Simply Thai. The food is so good and the staff is amazing. I'd venture to say this is the best Thai place around.

This is my favorite restaurant by far, better then Thai food in Thailand.  Always great food and fresh.  They are also accommodating for my vegan diet ❤ I believe the staff are all Thai and so nice and friendly.
