Their knowledge is extremely outdated. I called and was talking about getting another rabbit as companion for the one I already have. The girl on the phone said you absolutely cannot get another rabbit because rabbits are solitary not social animals and they will fight.....😶 I didn't say a word. The rabbit I have now isn't my first rabbit and I've had more before. I know a lot about them and anyone who know even a little bit about rabbits knows that rabbits are social creatures. They prefer the companionship of other bunnies. It is actually worse to keep them alone. You may have to bond them slowly however, it is better to keep them in groups of two or more. So needless to say.... they know absolutely nothing, if you're looking for knowledge on your pets, Carol's Critters isn't the place to find it. You'll learn more by doing your own research👌🏽

I shopped at Carol’s for 14 years while living in Tallahassee and Lake Tallavana, and still do when visiting from Orlando. I still get all my children’s and grandchildren’s aquarium and small pet items there. I particularly like working with Carol. She’s a powerhouse. Sometimes if one of her young workers seems peevish, a pleasant and complimentary customer attitude appeases the teen-like encounter. Whenever I couldn’t find something, I could special-order it or was told when the item would be stocked. I’m glad an independent pet shop still exists over the sterile and high-priced chain stores.

This place is very filthy and smell very awful I do not see how she eat her food in that place that is very disgusting smelling like rat piss and they is very rude thier not very friendly and they do not take very good care of the animals their because some of the animals seem to be very sickly she wanted me to buy a cage when I already had one but she wanted me to buy the cage and the food as well for the animal I was trying to get when I already had that stuff already  trying to tell me what to get with my own money and than they give very bad advice about their animals idk see how they are still in business because when you first walk In no body says anything are even greet you welcome it just quite I think they have favoritism about certain costomer but idk how you expect to run a businesses and do that is very crazy to me to be honest I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever suggest anybody to go here in a lifetime and years to come if they still be in business
