Meilin did an amazing job finding the right apartment. She had very helpful insights and a strong knowledge base about the city's real estate market and was very easy to communicate with. I recently relocated to New York for work and needed to find an apartment. Matt was extremely helpful showing me apartment options and telling me about the buildings and areas until I found the perfect place. I would highly recommend Matt, he made the relocation process so much easier.

Matt is the best broker I've worked with so far in NYC. Helped me with my teams relocation to the city in a friendly, professional way. He has a great perspective, and I learned a lot through working with him. Great sense of humor too!

I am writing this review with regards to an unprofessional attitude of an agent.   I had asked him if the listing  I was interested in was available and he said yes it was.  He encouraged me to put in my application with my "new offer" and had mentioned that that if the owner may accept my offer, they'll see my credit score and my strong financials.  After he received my application, I asked him to whom I should write the certified check to and where I should send it.  It took him five days to respond with the information I needed with an information that the particular listing had another application.  He asked to give him few days to see what the landlord wanted to do.  He never got back to me until I found out from Street Easy that the apartment was already in contract.  I confronted him about this and he became defensive with his text messages blaming me for not giving a deposit and for not offering the full ask. 

I am not mad because I lost the apartment to another client, but I am really upset because this agent wasted my time by being unresponsive and in the end blamed the client for following what he had exactly instructed.  New York real estate market may be tough, but it should not be an excuse for an agent to  be unprofessional and not owning a responsibility.

Matt did an amazing job finding me and my team many re- location options. He is very pro-active and knowledgeable! Definitely reccomend him and will use him in the future.
