I recently worked with Luke River in NYC. Luke was truly the worst realtor I have ever worked with. Not only did he LIE to me about the rent, move dates, move in costs and additional elements of the lease - he also STOLE $400 from me. I applied for an apartment based off of incorrect information that he provided me and when he told me the true terms of the lease, he refused to give me back my REFUNDABLE deposit. Luke is truly the WORST realtor there is. I would not recommend him to anyone unless you're looking to lose a lot of time and money.

The agents will act nice and do whatever they can to rush you into an apartment. They are deceptive about what your money is being used for, and are highly unprofessional with their communication. The second you do something that is not to their benefit they will treat you like like garbage. I strongly recommend NOT using Metropolitan Property Group!

I'm so impressed with Daniel Wirth! I had heard it was extremely hard to find a place in NYC within your budget and expectations, but Daniel managed to do both! I LOVE my apartment and I love the area we are in! Daniel found us an ideal location, that we didn't know we could afford. He made the process seamless and even a little fun! Daniel took care of us from the beginning to the end and is still on call to answer our questions and help out where he can! Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, I have already referred two friends to him!

Daniel found me the apartment I am currently living in. He was great to work with. I only had 2 weeks to find an apartment and with my long work hours he was flexible and showed me everything within my price range. The apartment he found for me is fantastic. I am extremely happy. He was timely, respectful and upfront with me which I really appreciated. In a tough condo review building, he pushed my application through even though I probably wasn't the best or easiest applicant to approve. I highly recommend Daniel as a real estate agent and I will 100% be using him next time I move, which won't be for a long time since he found me a great place!

I recently moved to NYC with two other girls and we were all based out of DC. Trying to find a place in NYC without any of the tenants currently living here was a headache in itself, but Daniel Wirth got the job done and found us an amazing place! We only had one weekend to work together, and Daniel made sure all of our needs were accommodated and helped to get us approved for the apt before we had to head back to DC. Also, Daniel was very sharp and responsive which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Daniel's services to anyone trying to find a place in NYC!
