I just got my new Audi S4 last night. My expectations were exceeded by the wonderful customer service and professionalism of the entire staff at the dealership! I worked with Emilio Garcia and manager Anil George, and they were awesome getting my deal done. Thanks and I will definitely continue to do business with this dealership, best Audi spot in NOVA!!!

Could not have had a more pleasant experience. Huge selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, great facilities. My wife and I worked with Emilio Garcia to get a new 2018 Q5 and both of us walked away from the experience with a whole new outlook on buying a car. The experience was the opposite of every negative stereotype people have about purchasing a car....no pushiness, no tricky maneuvers, just a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman being completely responsive to all of our needs. We've owned the car for several weeks now and the post-sale service from Emilio has been excellent as well. If you are in the market for a new Audi, I highly recommend Audi Tysons and would suggest visiting Emilio - seriously, best car buying experience I've ever had.

My experience with Audi of Tysons Corner was very disappointing.  They changed the price of the car I was looking at over night and kept telling me that they had customers coming in from out of town, but since I was there I got first choice.  I went back three times and each time the price went up and another customer was coming into town.  Still they have the car.
Today I received a call from one of the salesmen and he told me he went to a different supervisor and they would roll the price into a decent price.  When I told the supervisor about the call he told me that it must have been a misunderstanding between all parties.  When I told him about my limit, he told me that "there is a butt for every seat and he couldn't budge".
I looked at a different car and they were willing to work on that car.  When I reviewed the car fax I found out the car was totaled.  I asked about this and was told "as long as it is disclosed".

Very disappointed in the supervisor there.  Beware.

Great service center. Staff is very good at communicating what needs to be done, as well as the status of any repairs. Loaner cars are Audis.

The sales and finance team worked their magic to get me into the exact car that I wanted.  I purchased the new Q5 after 3.5 years with the A4, both from Audi of Tysons.  Will only purchase an Audi from them in the future.
