These guys had 2 chances to get simple warranty work done to a repaint a hood.  They took a brand new hood, and ruined it. 
 Orange peel - looked like a rookie job
 Clear coat too thin in the center
 Swirls and halos all over the hood
They didn't finish the underside, leaving the leading edge of the hood unprotected with just color coat.
They buffed down to the base coat in the front
They did an absolutely a horrible job, and this is their second attempt at this. I suspect they used the old hood, maybe this is where the term "Hoodwinked" comes from.  The entire hood on my 2015 Mustang looks like it was painted with paint cans.  It will be going back for a third time, over 4 weeks. Check out these pics:

I was ultimately satisfied with the repair after the third time.  I discovered an added bonus this weekend, while detailing the engine compartment I found a 3/8th's inch ratchet wrench and socket, score!

I don't know about all these bad reviews, but my experience was nothing but excellent. I was able to get an estimate almost instantly(of course I did schedule for one so that helped). The lady who assisted me was very courteous and friendly. The repairs to my car were done right at the time they said it would, and I always got a text massage and a phone call updating me on the status of my car. When I inspected my car, all repairs looked great,same for the paint job, and they come with a lifetime warranty. Great service, highly recommend coming here.
