Earned a lifetime customer.  We have been taking our vehicles to Goodmon's for several years and have always had great service.  Recently had a major issue with my car and Ron went above and beyond to get my car running again.  He has earned my complete trust and I highly recommend them.

They had our car for over 7-months and charged us $3000. Finally was able to bring it home, and it ran great! Last time it ran though, it hasn’t started since. I called him twice, he says he’s sending someone out...then nothing. Very dissatisfied customer!

Would recommend to a friend. Job was done right the first time and was finished when promised. I have read some of the negative reviews on this site and can only say that if you don't want to have a bad experience don't quibble when a auto tech recommends a particular service and don't have the tech tell you what's wrong and then you decide to do the work yourself. In what universe does that work?

Excellent service!  They fixed an issue caused by another mechanic a full $300 less than the lowest estimate from other mechanics.  Fit me into the schedule right away, and we're in more of a hurry to fix it for me than I was to get my car back.  This will be my go-to shop from now on.  Highly recommend.
