Best car care and customer service ever!  Conscientious, collaborative, great communication and fast turnaround. Plus you'll get a good dose of humor from their lead guy Don. He greeted me with a smile and I drove off with an even bigger one. My car is now plenty happy too. I don't live in Fresno, but, if I did, European Automotive would be my go-to.

Fantastic customer service, very honest and skilled auto repair place.  They have always been friendly, available and have gone above and beyond to care for my vehicle and for me as a customer.  I definitely recommend them!

Save your money and go some place else. Took my car there to get fix from coolant leaking at the water pump. Phil called back and said that his technician located that the leak was from the radiator and insisted it wasn't from the water pump. I told him to fix it if that was where the leak was from. After charging me 800 dollars replacing a radiator that didn't need replacing he then proceeded to tell me that that the leak was from a cracked water pump. Which was the original leak problem I had. So after spending 800 dollars I still have a leaking problem. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE honesty and integrity isn't their Forte. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Todd runs a great company and has attracted great people. They've taken care of 3 Mercedes, a BMW, and an Audi over the years. When one gets out of warranty and we plan on keeping it, it goes to European Auto Service. I trust but verify and I've never been disappointed. Honest, straightforward and great customer service.

Been having my work done at European Auto Service for six years now. I had a complete transmission rebuild on my Mercedes and was kept informed as the work progressed. It's been 2 years now and the car runs fantastic with no issues.
Personnel are kind and professional with none of the "nose in the air" Mercedes elitism that I have experienced at another shop prior to my arrival at European.
