I've been going to Dennis's shop since it was "Pinkey's" . Everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. John, at the front desk kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and any addition work that should be performed. Stacey, keeps the shop running smoothly at the accounts desk. Albert was a very pleasant man and drove me to and from the shop as needed. Overall: A+

Sorry to rate without experiencing actual repair, but made an appointment and they asked if I could have the car in at 8am.  I assumed that meant I had an appointment.   I arrived at 7:50 and signed a quote for over $400.  Said I could probably get in within the hour.  Came back at 11 and car was still outside. They told me, sorry we made too many appointments. Good for you, bad for me, I drove an hour to get there.  Drove to the vw dealer down the road and had the work done right away for $340.

Great shop. They don't play games. Dennis and John have their staff giving great customer service. They don't play games like some of the other shops. They quote the correct hours for the job. Another shop quotes low hourly rate then charge you for more hours than it actually takes!

German Auto Repair has been servicing our Mercedes since we moved to Fresno in 1987.   They are always considerate, fair and courteous.   Dennis has a superb knowledge of Mercedes and its operating system.   We can always trust our vehicles with him and his staff.
