The Service people at Lithia Nissan of Fresno are always fantastic!  Friendly, knowledgeable, answer any questions I may have. Always in and out in under an hour. I love being able to schedule my appointment on line too. Usually they wash my car for me, I think, at the end of the service, but I could be wrong about that, as they didn’t this last time and my car really could have used a wash. But it’s okay, I’ll wash it myself. I’m not helpless. Glad to have bought my wonderful Nissan Pathfinder last year. A great car, and great service!

Amazing staff!!! Thanks for working in my Toyota while i was traveling!  It's very easy to find, scheduling an appointment was simple, and time needed to work on my car was shorter than expected, they had my car to me within 2 hours, and drop off was simple. pick up was a breeze.

Couldn't find anything less than a star. But let's just say they need some help back there. Appointment was at 2:30pm. It's 5:05pm now, and all for a simple oil change. They're making a career out of this. Should have gone to jiffy lube. Just in case your coming here to get service, you better bring your sleeping bag.

As always, my experience with the Service Department exceeded expectations.  My service advisor Mike was on point.  I trust them to do what I my car needs to run correctly and not try to up-sell me to services that I dont need.   I drive past 2 other Nissan dealerships to get to Lithia Fresno.  This is the best Service Department I have ever dealt with!

Service Dept at Lithia Nissan of Fresno is the BEST! I have been obtaining services for about 3 years and the attention and friendly service from Jason Johnson has been consistently superb!! I highly recommend for you to go in and see Jason and find out for your self. 
(btw. We recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from another location and this service department will be overseeing it maintenance as well.)
