Incredible customer service. Went there to have some minor adjustments made, manager came right out and had one of his guys fix them right on the spot, no questions asked. Entire team was courteous, attentive, and hardworking. Will definitely be back with my other vehicles.

Great Staff! Very friendly and the service was fast. Recommended by Ed Carroll VW dealer since they do not have their own body shop. Caliber's VW tech really know's his stuff and had my door fixed in no time! This is now my new body shop. Thanks again Guys and I will be back!!!

This place is great! The people are friendly, the service is fast, and they are HONEST! All my car needed was a simple clip to fix a broken door handle and they could have easily ordered the $250 fix and told me it needed it. Instead, they found a spare clip and fixed it within minutes. The guy even volunteered his labor time and they didn't charge me at all (not that I want to set this as an expectation). It is my second time here and I have been satisfied beyond my highest expectations both times!

Top notch! The staff at Caliber are great. Friendly, personal, and professional. They also got me my estimate, and on my way in 20 minutes. If you need auto body work...Go see these folks.
Customers please be aware that all negative reviews seen, are in regards to the prior business (Import auto body) that was purchased by Caliber. The "rude" manager Pete Weeks, is no longer employed there.

Amazing service!! They were so understanding and welcoming right when I came in. Great service on my car - no complaints here! Definitely coming back & I recommend them to anyone who needs any body work done on their cars.
