I will never have my Subaru repaired anywhere else.  I shopped around before taking my car into Nice Car and it paid off.  Everyone ,from the person on the front desk to the mechanics, was easy to deal and very knowledgeable.  And the prices fair.  Too bad there were only 5 stars.  They're 6 stars!

Nice Car is an incredible company. They gave a display shelf set up in the lobby that I've never seen before in another company, which allows you to visualize what the service technicians are referring to.

My 05 Legacy had a cam shaft seize in the middle of a road trip my brother and I were taking, which left us stranded in Colorado. Mike and Bob were quick to get us looked at, and were honest and upfront about the options I had, while ensuring to explain them thoroughly.

In the end, they put in a new engine for me on an expedited time table and were very considerate on cost and our situation. I couldn't be more pleased.

They are professional, concise, knowledgeable, and second to none. You could not find a better Subaru shop!

One day, I was driving to class and the driveshaft literally fell off of my 98 Forester. At the time, I had laryngitis and could barely speak - Mike and Bob stuck with me while I communicated through hand gestures and notes, had the part rush-ordered and my car repaired by the afternoon. 

Since then, I've gone to them for everything. Cracked radiator - sourced and installed in less than a day. They offer $20 oil changes to anyone who gives them a little publicity by driving around with their bumper sticker, and they don't try to upsell you if you don't need it - my most recent visit, I asked them to check a couple specific things during their inspection and Mike left me with printed quotes for how much it would take to install, as well as suggestions as to where to get parts cheaper to bring to them for installation. He also gave me honest descriptions of what each problem with my aging car really means, and if it really needs to be fixed immediately or when I can. They give me the options and let me make informed decisions. 

I would recommend making appointments for routine maintenance or anything you know in advance - they work really well with emergencies and rush jobs so expect them to be bustling and full of work, which is why they don't waste time with small talking over the phone, for example. Overall, I find them to be an excellent and honest local business and will be taking my car to them until they can't fix it anymore!

I have never even taken my car in to be worked on here. I was having some issues with my Subaru outback and would have loved to be a loyal customer to a service shop specializing in Subaru's but the woman who "helped" me on the phone was too rude to ever take my car in. Left a terrible impression and I will not recommend their business to anyone.

These guys are fantastic! 
My Outback blew her head gasket on a road trip from OKC-SEA and thankfully it was only 20 miles outside of Ft. Collins. Talked to a few other mechanics and Nice Car was comparably priced for the work to be done. 
The best part though was how they moved the schedule to accommodate me, I was in a rush to get to a new job and they understood and Mike volunteered to stay late and come in on Saturday to get me back on the road.  A job that normally takes at least a week was done in less than two days thanks to them looking out for me. About 3500 miles in and no signs of problems. Took to a Subaru dealer when I got home and they said everything is in order and things are all put together they way they would expect from a skilled Subaru mechanic. Highly recommended to anyone in the area for regular Subaru maintenance.
