Very honest, kind, non-pushy dealership that was willing to help us find the perfect car pressure free. Great people and exceptionally patient, the cars were also very well maintained and had a detailed guarantee of inspection. This was a giant relief after visiting Hyundai of Riverside, who attempted to hide service records and sell overpriced used cars to us with broken tail lights and barbecue sauce smeared inside.

Hertz made it an ease to get the car I was looking for. The sales manager went the extra mile to make a plan that worked for me. My sales consultant Edmund was helpful and professional, and I appreaciate all his help in getting me on the road!

HIROSHI!!!!! Amazing experience. I have been in the car business for 5 years (Moss Bros), and looking for a vehicle for my mom. She did not want a payment, and was leery. I began my research and wanted the out the door price (worse word for car sales ma). He was direct over the phone, gave me my out the door price, and was well aware I was funding through Schools First. We arrived on Saturday 3/3/18 at 9AM, I was already preparing for a haggle, or price discrepancies BUT NOPE!!! He kept his word from the correspondence the night before. BIG SURPRISE, CAR SALES PEOPLE LIE (trust me I was in the business, we lie bro). The out the door price for a 2016 Nissan Sentra S was $11,248.20, the same number he told me the night before.(way under KBB for its value,#winning) The "desk" the high throne decision makers, even stuck to the price, and came to the vehicle to make sure we were satisfied. We were out with the contract to take to the bank by 10am (one hour being in the dealership, is this life real. lol). We came back with check in hand, and signed paperwork of lien title. Hiroshi, not only followed up with us before the purchase,BUT during, and after the buying experience. Today we took the vehicle in for detail, and it was immaculate, he got us floor mats and found our second key. If you want a salesperson that is direct, doesn't give you cheesy lines to prey against customers, go to him. I suspected after our first contact, of me being a no nonsense been around the car business block kinda girl, he would give me less than outstanding service. HE WAS AMAZING!!! I am not one for reviews, but he deserves them. THANK YOU!!! We will be back for more purchases, it was painless, under market value, and made my informed decision swift. YOU ROCK HIROSHI!!!
