This location should be one of your last resorts. It's in a decent location but that was were the positivity ends. After checking in it took 2 trips around the building to find our room. Numbering didn't make since. Found our rooms and go in to inspect. They tiled the entire floor and have no door mat to wipe your feet on. If your feet are wet, like mine was that night, the entire floor gets wet. We checked for bed bugs, none to be found. Mattress and sheets were clean. There was a chair by the entrance that was broke. Several small holes in the wall. Peeling paint on the walls. The beds weren't the best other than being clean. Every time we moved it sounded like someone was tapping on a steal drum. Lastly, the hot breakfast. It's supposedly served between 6a and 9a. I got there at about 7:30ish. There was a pan with about 2 or 3 scoops of scrambled eggs and some water and that was it. No sausage, no bacon, just a couple muffins. Tried the "Freshly squeezed" orange juice, tasted like old Tang. It was not legit OJ. The waffle area didn't look up to snuff so we left and checked out. For this hotel to be so close to all the parks, I expected better conditions. This is the kinda place you'll settle for when everyone else is booked and you desperately need a place to lay your head for the night.

Poor service. Every time you go into the office you will see a family complaining. I mind my business but now I know why people are so upset here. Cleaning crew never comes by you will have to ask repeatedly for help. TVs don’t always work floors will have food from the people before you. We had 2 doorssuite and opened the living room door and the Spanish guy got upset and told us to use the bedroom door but my children were sleeping so I’m not sure why it was a problem for him. They never  have fresh linen our room came with no towels when we asked we were given only  1. That’s not right for a family of 4  we had to share a towel. They lose deposits and reservations all the time so make sure to have proof of everything. Always “booked out” here so extending is not always a possibility. Very inconvenient and very annoying not worth the price

I wish I could give zero stars. Day 1- checked into hotel around 1am. Immediately checked sheets. Found hair on pillows, "dirt" below pillows now assumed to be roach droppings... see photo, and urine stains on sheets see also photo. Walked to desk and let the employee know. Waited around for an hour before taking off the sheets myself, bringing them to the lobby, and having to change sheets myself. Floors were covered in dirt. Walked around barefoot for 10 minutes and my feet were black. Day 3- left hotel in morning without an issue. Returned around midnight to find cockroaches everywhere. The bed. My sheets. My food. My suitcase. Went to the lobby to demand check out. The employee was extremely apologetic, BUT began telling me all about her health issues when I was trying to get the hell out of the hotel. Don't get me wrong, I do feel awful for not wanting to hear it BUT I was in the middle of a breakdown around 1 am.  Do not stay here. There is a reason it's so cheap.  Roaches. Urine stains. Awful

This is a motel.  The rooms are very basic. The tub had rusted broken pieces. The pool and hot tub was closed. The lobby was clean with not decor. Not what I expected. This side of the street is more Grungy.Rooms: 1/5

Great price for a holiday weekend. The staff was nice. It sucks that the pool wasn't working, but the breakfast was yummy. The only thing that bothered me was that the bathroom exhaust fan was really dirty, and the lobby air vents look a little moldyRooms: 5/5

Front desk rude a* even though I'm Dimond reward member.  Stayed here for 4 days no flaws I was willing to bring to attention cause of price. Get what you pay for. . After 4 days stay I was asked for deposit even though I switched rooms 5 times before getting 1 acceptableRooms: 1/5

If I could give a zero I would. They need to shut this hotel down and give a FULL renovation and Maintenance upkeep on it. The 1st night the A/C was broken, and tv was damaged and there weren’t enough towels and when asked for more front desk said we had to wait for the next day before we could get more because the hotel “ran out”. We also had to wait until the next morning to change rooms because they over booked so we slept in heat. We weren’t given a refund just told to switch rooms and when we did. The TV was broken, things were dirty, cobwebs and dust everywhere, couch looked like it exploded, no iron board, and to top it off the door for the key was broken so we couldn’t leave because they “couldn’t” fix it until the next day. So a night of plans was waisted. This was a 1st and Last time experience for me and I’m a Choice Hotels member.

If at all possible, avoid staying here!  The cable would be on for 1 minute then a loud static snow screen for 1 minute!!  Unable to fix for the 2 days there. The breakfast was sub-par...cereal, bread yucky waffles!  Microwave stopped functioning and they brought another and it was dirty, nasty.  Not the cleanest of rooms.  Fitness room closed.  Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else!!

Great place very friendly staff place is nice and clean very good location. Close to parks and attractions. Personal experience i think they had my room ready early but they had me holding for a reason I don't understand. But overall it was great  Rooms: Clean room  Food & drinks: Very close by places to eat
