Stayed at a nearby resort on a family vacation and decided to order this place due to decent reviews. This was the absolute worst mistake. I ordered the boneless wings and they were Burt as if they were placed on the bottom rack of the oven I ordered buffalo They were burnt & dry no sauce .I also ordered the bone in wings in the inside was raw . I also ordered three adult side salads. They were completely disgusting. They had beans inside of them oil instead of dressing, the pizza was decent very thin crust. The children ate it as we waited a hour and a half for the delivery and they were hungry. but they were not thrilled about the pizza. I would not recommend this place to anybody if you are reading this do not take it lightly. spent $100 on this food and it was terrible.
Best pizza in town, great value/price for the quality! Garlic bites are amazing too. Our kids love Flippers and never complain! FYI, this location only has two small outside tables for dining. It’s a takeout/delivery focused location.
We went fairly late but the staff was still friendly! The cashier warned us that since we had such a large order it would take closer to 30 min to get everything. We come from a place where 30 min is the average for even 2 people. The only downside, I didn't notice if online it said no dine in and there isn't any. Fortunately, they had a couple of tables outside and the weather was nice. There were 5 of us so we used both tables. The food was ready in just about 30 min. The pizza was tasty, the wings well seasoned, the salads fresh, and the foccacia sandwich was very full. Everyone was satisfied with their food. It's a place we will return to when we come for another visit.

Was excited to try this as its close to where we live, but we were disappointed. I wish I took a photo, but the pizza was lacking toppings. We got the salciccia rustica. The crust had about a 2 in border around the pizza and there were multiple spots on the pizza with just sauce and no toppings. Could barely see any prosciutto. The only thing positive was the flavor of everything was good and tasted fresh. Just didn’t think it was worth the price for the amount of toppings and it wasn’t very filling.
Blind guess from out of town, good service, and great pizza. Kind of a small version of a New York Style but brick oven baked and spot on delicious!!! If we get another pizza our choice is made for sure!!!
Ordered at the counter with Angel, who was very helpful and friendly. Pizza and breadstick bites were ready in less than 20 minutes. Will probably be my new go-to pizza when I'm in FL!Food: 5/5
Flippers Pizza at 3212 N. Poinciana blvd is new yet on three separate occasions I’ve had issues. The latest one, was enough to have me never go back to this location ever again! First I was on hold phone calling in for 10mins twice; 20 mins total. Then, I decided to place an order online I was about 15 mins away at this point. When I got there to pick up my pizza, I found the place completely empty I thought due to the long phone call wait it must have been busy but that wasn’t the case. The guy at the front counter didn’t understand English nor Spanish, there seem to be a language barrier which explains why the phones were slow, but when I tried to order a drink he charged me not only the wrong amount, but multiple times!! When I got my pizza and opened it at the store it was wrong. Someone came from the back to see what was wrong and when I said the order doesn’t match what was online he simply said “there’s nothing I can do.” Really??? He refuse to apologize and remake the pizza, or even offer a discount or something. That was the final straw. If you like Flippers, that’s fine, but do not go to this one!! This was the 3rd time I had an order wrong and now they refuse to even correct it.
Was around the area and saw this new location and it was the best experience. Also, I must say, it’s the best pizza in Central FL hands down! Fresh, flavorful and they have a such a great team.
What a shame New to area and pizza was good. The complaint is simple If you are going to deliver deliver on time!. 1 1/2 hrs said 1 hr And deliver hot pizza not cold pizza! I’ll go elsewhere
