Potential buyers BEWARE of this place,I used to live there for a couple of years and it's alot of lying and manipulation that goes on there,lots of empty promises and subliminal threats if your a American who lives off of social security they will raise the yearly increase based upon what the social security goes up,plus theres a ton of illegals living in there that do anything that they want to and never get reprimanded for repeated violations of the rules. If your car gets broken into or stolen they will not let you look at the security cameras to find out what happened because " the camera's aren't for tenants use" they charge you a monthly fee for security guards who are in and out of that place in about two minutes flat. They will tell you that they are competitive in their prices but they are more expensive then any other park anywhere else in Hemet by 150-250 dollars per month and they don't enforce the rules on everyone, there's alot of favoritism that goes on there and your more than likely going to get lied to and or ripped off if you choose to do business with those ppl plain and simple.
