I can honestly say this place is amazing! Lenny and Mariah are such amazing coaches. They are there to be encouraging, extremely helpful, and make the workouts fun. Everyone that I have met there have been so welcoming and were there to cheer you on. These have been the most challenging workouts I have ever done, but it has also been the most fun and most rewarding. You feel so accomplished once the workout is over and I have never felt so much pride in myself afterward. I can't wait for the many more classes to attend and this new journey I am embarking on. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to get in shape and have fun doing it!

I have been at this gym for about 2 weeks now. Hands down the best gym I have ever been a member of. Coach Lenny and Mariah definitely take care of their members. They are highly knowledgeable, down to earth, easy to talk to and can cater any workouts to any and all skill levels. The other members at the gym are very friendly as well. They make you feel like you are right at home and like you are family. So if you are in the search for a new gym, I would highly recommend this place. I honestly wish that I would have started here sooner than I did.

Lenny is the best trainer! I’ve been working out with him for years. He is the one trainer you feel committed to waking up early in the morning. I’ve switched gyms to follow Lenny! Glad he has a gym of his own!

I LOVE this place! Mariah is such a kickass trainer. It's a really awesome, fun workout and community.
