Welcome to Muscle Systems Gym, the ORIGINAL fitness center of West Sacramento. We offer 10,000 Sq. Ft of workout equipment including free boxing classes as well as private advanced boxing. We feature the largest selection of free weights in town. If you’re looking to meet your fitness goals for an affordable rate with no contracts or sign up fees then Muscle Systems is here for you.

Great bang for the buck. Plenty of parking and never any crowds. Around 5PM or 6PM there might be 10-12 people total in the gym, so no waiting for machines. It’s a true grid iron gym so some equipment is a bit dated, but doesn’t effect my feelings about the gym or my workout.

They're not very good at running a business and definately not good at communicating or paying people who work with them on time or for the right amount. I waited over a month to get paid and it's still a battle of "if it's the right amount". Not respectful of other's time or effort.

We love the atmosphere, the friendly owner and the equpment if perfect for my rehabilitation. Everyone connectedwith Muscle Systems is very friendly and helpful - as well as Abel (the owner). I have advanced in my therapy due to this wonderful place.
