This was my first experience at Yoga, and boy did I find out how tight my joints were. I've been very active, and stretch regularly but this went to a whole new level...And I loved it... Totally believe in challenging the body, and I've been challenged. Going to check out a few more Yoga Studios, and then make a choice. But this one has my vote so far...

The owner is horrendous. Natomas yoga studio is unprofessional and unwelcoming. Beware if you are looking for a new Yoga studio or just starting out. Unfortunately it's the only yoga studio in natomas, but I would recommend staying away from this place.

I had little experience in Yoga. So, HOT yoga was going to be an adventure. The first class was difficult. I almost didn't make it. But the teachers here are very helpful, mindful of each student, and willing to help push you to your limits while ensuring you relax, breathe, and heal. I plan to join once my Groupon is up.

I love practicing yoga at this studio. It is clean, very spacious, and the instructors are great. I've not been to a studio where everyone is like family, love seeing my fellow yogis when I attend. We have fun before and after class chatting and catching up. If you need a challenging exercise in a welcoming environment, this studio is for you!
