PFT West Sac has the best trainers and the workouts constantly push you to the limits. If you want a workout and trainers (Thank you Michael and Renea) that are motivating, knowledgeable and are passionate about fitness and their clients, then come check this gym out. You will love to hate every workout but will feel 110% when you walk out the door. In addition, your body will reap the benefits.

Great place to get and stay fit. Michael does an awesome job guiding and motivated. All YOU have to do is show up and work hard. Good people to hang out and sweat with! Love my PFT!!

The trainers and owners are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I have received so much support and encouragement as well as tools to achieve my fitness goals. They are big on proper techniques and form, to avoid injury and get the best results. The classes are engaging, the members are fun and you will only be disappointed if you don't try it. It is tough, but if you give your best, you will leave class happy. On top if all this, the owners do a lot to give back! FB checkins to donate to new causes each month. A gym that you can feel good about, and that makes you feel good!!! I love PFT!!!

I absolutely love working out at Pure Form PFT!!! It feels like a family. We all motivate each other and do some hard/challenging workouts but Michael is badass and makes sure that we have good form and are not doing the exercises incorrectly to where we could hurt ourselves. I will be a long time member! Thanks guys!!

One month in and not looking back! Great positive environment and trainer, amazing workout and actually pretty fun. Can't wait to see the progress to come.
