Best staff ever. I just started membership and fees are reasonable and I like all the classes gym offers. Comfortable environment to workout in even for such person like myself

It's an ok gym, except that it's too hot in there. I asked if they can make it cooler but was told that they have to keep the temperature at 74! That is ridiculous! Too warm for people to work out. Obviously they try to save money on the electric bill; however, their fees are not cheap. Will find some other place to work out.

The gym works out fine unless you go to cancel. I stopped working out in June. I sent them an E-Mail at the end of August asking them to cancel my membership. They responded on the 5th of September saying that I had to physically come in to cancel. I came in and they told me that since I came in after the first of the month and there was a "30 day cancellation policy", that my subscription ran into October. They made me pay for not just one, but *two* months after I asked them to cancel, 5 months total that I didn't use.

the club itself is nice but management are things. I cancelled my membership like I was supposed to but they still took out my money and have not pard me back. I've called at least 10 times, emailed them 5 times they said it would take a couple business but it's been 9 days now. Once again they said they've processed my refund but still no money. Consumer beware.
